The video is kind of repetitive and the officers don’t really respond to him, so it’s not all that interesting. They do tell him to move along because he is obviously occupying the sidewalk, causing a disruption and all this attention is prohibiting pedestrians from walking on the sidewalk. Which technically is against the law…

I don’t know if it’s just me but the video effects seemed really unnecessary and took away from his overall message. It also seemed like he was trying to do a funny voice or something? Could be how he normally talks, but I would have prefered Microsoft Sam to give the message then this guy, who by the way isn’t funny either…
